What surprised me was that when I got back to my office, I had received an e-mail from Lee confirming the appointment and requesting details of my vehicle. He had picked up my e-mail address from my cell number that is on the BMW data base. After sending details of my car he sent a second e-mail confirming an indicative trade in value. Overall all – just an awesome experience. You have gained a client even though I am based in Jhb.
