I walked into the M Showroom just to view a car and left later in the day in a new car. I must compliment Lee on his proactiveness. I phoned on Weds afternoon to find out if the X5 50D I was interested in was available to vie I left my name and cell number. Lee got back to me confirming the car was available. What surprised me was that when I got back to my office, I had received an e-mail from Lee confirming the appointment and requesting details of my vehicle. He had picked up my e-mail address from my cell number that is on the BMW data base. After sending details of my car he sent a second e-mail confirming an indicative trade in value. Thus on Thursday, I was very well versed in the possible deal from a financial point of vie Please note that Johan also went out of his way to put together a really great deal. Overall all – just an awesome experience. You have gained a client even though I am based in Jhb.
